In Bizzy, you can easily push data from the platform to your CRM-tool. More information on how to set up the integration with your CRM-tool can be found here. Once the admin has set up the integration, all users can push data from Bizzy to the CRM-tool by following these steps.

Once you pushed Bizzy data to your CRM, you can monitor the progress of the push via My CRM pushes:

  1. Click on your user icon in the bottom left-hand corner.

  2. Select My CRM pushes.

  3. Here you’ll get a clear overview of the following data:

    • Source

      • This can be the name of the list from which you have pushed data

      • This can be (Not available) if you pushed data from the filter overview without creating a list for example

    • CRM: the name of your CRM-tool

    • Type:

      • Static: data pushed from a static list

      • Smart list: data pushed from a smart list

      • Search: data pushed from the filter overview without creating a list

      • Individual selection: when pushing one specific contact or company

    • Status

      • Pending: Bizzy is currently pushing other data to your CRM. Once this push has been completed, other pushes will be initiated.

      • In progress: Bizzy is currently pushing the data to your CRM. You’ll also see the progress of your push. Make sure to refresh the page to see the latest status and %.

      • Done: Bizzy has successfully pushed all data.

      • Partially failed: Bizzy has pushed the data, but the push has partially failed. This can be related to a specific configuration in your CRM-tool. Click on the status to see the errors that caused the issue. Make the necessary changes in your CRM-tool and try again.

      • Failed: Bizzy has tried to push the data, but it has failed. This can be related to a specific configuration in your CRM-tool. Click on the status to see the errors that caused the issue. Make the necessary changes in your CRM-tool and try again.

    • Date pushed: timestamp of when the data has been pushed to your CRM.

💡When pushing one specific contact or company to HubSpot, the push won’t be shown in My CRM pushes as we will immediately push it without adding it first to a queue.
